I spent hundreads of hours reading articles, books, and listening to podcasts to fully grasp product management. I soon realized the discipline is much broader than it seems and it overlaps with other fields as well. My mission was clear - continue learning about related fields such as design or engineering.

When I learned something new, the main problem was it was too theoretical. I had to take the learning to the company I worked, created processes around it, and test it with my teams. Key thing was missing - practical examples I can take immediately and try them out.

That's why I decided to optimize the way I work and share it with the world.
